This position has the primary responsibility of facilitating the commercial loan department by providing financial statement and comprehensive written credit analysis. The individual will have the skills necessary to independently prepare comprehensive loan presentations and annual reviews, analyze financial statments, prepare thorough financial and cash flow analysis, prepare and evaluate financial projections and regularly monitor customer financial performance. This individual must also be a self-starter and able to effectively communicate and collaborate with commercial lenders.

This position is responsible for managing the cash levels of the office, scheduling the teller staff, ensuring new staff is adequately trained, and assisting in employee evaluations. The position is also responsible for coaching and motivating staff to effectively sell and refer bank products and services. Helps to expand customer relationships of every bank customer by making referrals and recommending the appropriate products and services to customers.
