Daniel has 30 years of experience in investment management financial planning, estate planning fiduciary relationship management and retirement funding. Prior to joining Passumpsic Financial Advisors he served as Financial Consultant/AVP at TD Banknorth Wealth Management where he was responsible for managing personal trust and private endowment funds.
Daniel’s professional associations include the Vermont and New Hampshire Banker's Association Trust Committee, Corporator for Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, St. Johnsbury Development Fund, Town of St. Johnsbury Selectboard/Planning Board/Recreation Board.
Daniel has his Wharton Business School Leadership Certificate, is a graduate of the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking NSB at the University of Pennsylvania and earned his AS from Champlain College. He also graduated from the Cannon Financial Institute Personal Trust and Trust Graduate programs and has completed the AIB Banking Diploma program. Daniel is registered through FINRA with a Series 7 - General Securities Representative and Series 66 – Registered Investment Advisor Representative for Infinex Investments, Inc.

Ryan has over 23 years of experience in the areas of securities analysis, securities trading, investment planning, and portfolio management. Prior to joining Passumpsic Financial Advisors he held positions with Prudential’s Financial Services unit and independent brokerage firm Linsco/Private Ledger as a portfolio manager. Ryan previously held the NASD Series 6, 7 and 63 Securities Registrations.
Ryan attended Cannon Financial Institute at Boston University, the American Bankers Association (ABA) Trust School at Williams College, and the Center for Fiduciary Studies at the University of Pittsburg. He holds the Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) designation through the Institute of Certified Bankers, the Chartered Market Analyst (CMA) designation through the American Academy of Financial Management, and the Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designation through the Center for Fiduciary Studies.
Ryan is a member of the Vermont Banker’s Association and has worked as the treasurer for the LynBurke Association. Ryan has been with Passumpsic’s Passumpsic Financial Advisor's since March 2000 and oversees the Division’s in-house investment research, portfolio management and securities trading unit.

Laurie C. Olszowy has over 27 years banking experience with Passumpsic Financial Advisors.
Laurie is responsible for the administration of trust, estate, probate, agency, and retirement accounts. She supervises the operational functions of the department including daily processing, reconcilement, and compliance. Laurie coordinates with the Investment Strategist and Investment Officer to ensure portfolio management meets the guidelines of the clients’ accounts.
Laurie attended Lyndon State College. She earned her Supervisor’s Certificate through Northern New England’s Center for Financial Training and graduated from Cannon Financial Institute Personal Trust School. Laurie earned the professional designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) awarded by the Institute of Certified Bankers. She is a member of the Vermont Banker's Association.
Tom Couture, CTFA, AFIM

Tom has over 12 years of investment, portfolio management and banking experience. Prior to joining Passumpsic Financial Advisors he was a Financial Advisor for Edward Jones. In his role at Passumpsic Savings Bank, Tom works alongside the division’s Investment Strategist and assists in the areas of Portfolio Management and Securities Trading.
Tom is a member of the Vermont Banker's Association, has been involved with the Rotary foundation since 2003, and has also been a coach for youth sports for the past 10 years.
Tom holds the professional designation of Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA) and has previously held FINRA series 7, 24 and 63 securities registrations. He also has the certification mark Accredited Fiduciary Investment Manager (AFIM).
Tom earned his BA from the University of Vermont and has completed the Cannon Financial Institute’s Trust School at Boston University.
Dirk Elston, Investment Advisor Representative, Registered Representative
With 21 years of experience working in the financial services industry, Dirk joined Passumpsic Financial Advisors in 2012 to provide access to brokerage and insurance products, and trust and investment accounts. He is registered in securities and licensed in annuities and life insurance. Areas of particular interest for Dirk are SIMPLE IRA employer plans, retirement planning, and financial planning.
Dirk's previous employment has been with VALIC and AG Edwards (now Wells Fargo). He worked with the State of Vermont deferred compensation plan for many years. Dirk's registered office is on Main Street in St. Johnsbury where he keeps regularly scheduled hours.
Dirk has an MBA from St. Michaels College in Colchester, VT, and a BM and MM in an earlier career. He holds these registrations: Series 7 – General Securities Representative; Series 63 – Uniform Securities Agent; Series 66 – Registered Investment Advisor Representative; and all required insurance licenses and appointments to offer annuities and life insurance through Infinex Investments, Inc.

Her previous employment involved all aspects of brokerage, investment accounts and insurances services. She specializes in retirement and financial planning. Lyn’s holistic approach is complimented by her passion and commitment to helping customers reach their goals through the ongoing process of financial and retirement planning. Lyn holds the designations of Accredited Asset Management Specialist (AAMS) from the College for Financial Planning and Certified Fund Specialist (CFSS) from the Institute of Business and Finance. She is registered through FINRA with a Series 6 and Series 7 General Securities Representative, Series 63 and Series 65 Registered Investment Advisor Representative with Infinex Investments, Inc.
