Passumpsic Bank is pleased to announce the promotion of Jaime Gaboriault to Customer Support and Operations Manager. Jaime brings more than 26 years of experience with the Bank to her new role and most recently served as a Senior Customer Support Specialist.

Jaime began her career at Passumpsic Bank in retail banking and later transitioned to Operations and Customer Support, where she has held several roles supporting customers and staff across digital banking, electronic services, and treasury management. In her new position, she will oversee the Bank’s Operations and Customer Support teams and continue to support customers as they navigate digital banking services.
