New Leadership, Same Commitment to St. Johnsbury

9/4/26

Relationships are built over time.

They’re built in conversations across a desk, in celebrating a customer’s new business, in finding solutions during challenging times, and in simply being there when it matters most.

That’s what community banking has meant at Passumpsic Bank for generations, and it’s what will continue as we welcome Xiomara Quirindongo as Branch Manager of our St. Johnsbury offices.

While leadership changes are part of every successful organization, one thing isn’t changing: our commitment to the people, families, and businesses who place their trust in us every day.

Xiomara brings years of community banking experience and a leadership style centered on listening first. She believes the best banking relationships begin by understanding what matters most to each customer whether that’s growing a business, buying a first home, saving for the future, or simply having someone they know they can call.

Although she’s new to Passumpsic Bank, Xiomara isn’t new to St. Johnsbury. She and her family have proudly called the Northeast Kingdom home for the past five years, and she looks forward to becoming an even more active part of the community she already loves.

“I’m excited to meet our customers and learn their stories,” Xiomara said. “Community banking is personal, and I’m looking forward to building relationships that last for years to come.”

Xiomara succeeds Angela Payeur, who has accepted a new role as Training and Development Manager after 25 years of serving customers in St. Johnsbury. Angela’s dedication helped shape countless relationships through the community, and we’re grateful she’ll continue sharing her knowledge by developing future Passumpsic Bank employees.

“Angela leaves an incredible legacy of trust and service,” said Stan Glinka, Vice President, Growth & Experience Officer. “Xiomara shares those same values. She cares deeply about people, leads with integrity, and understands that our greatest strength has always been the relationships we build.”

Whether you’ve banked with us for years or are considering Passumpsic Bank for the first time, we invite you to stop by, introduce yourself, and get to know Xiomara. She’d love the opportunity to learn about you, your family, your business, and your goals.

Because at Passumpsic Bank, we don’t just open accounts. We open conversations. We build relationships. And we’re here to help our communities thrive for generations to come.
